| An idea has been floated that Winsham Residents using Fuel Oil for
heating their homes might be interested in forming a buying group/s to
negotiate discounts with the fuel oil suppliers in the area. This is not a new idea, and there are small groups of people in Winsham-usually neighbours-already negotiating discounts for bulk delivery, but this approach to helping combat the ever rising price of oil is not widely used and seems to have a lot of merit.
