Mature Movers  The Music & Movement sessions are held each Thursday morning, except on Jubilee Cafe mornings (third Thursday of each month). On the first Thursday Carla is with them, and on the other Thursdays they meet to practice their exercises as an unsupervised group. First Thursday events cost £6 for the 90 minutes session, other Thursdays, cost a £1 to cover the cost of hall hire.
