Hire charges include use of certain items of equipment as listed below.
Tablecloths are available, but must be washed and ironed after use.
For crockery, cutlery, etc, please refer to inventory for quantities
Staging/stage curtains are available by arrangement, for which there may be a charge

Please Note:

Equipment hire is subject to availability, and is charged as detailed below. In addition there is an Administration Fee of £1.00.
All breakages and losses must be reported, and replaced by the Hirer.
The Hirer must leave Hall in a clean and tidy condition, and equipment use replaced in its original location

Supplementary Charges

Hire of Digital Projector, including setting-up by Hall representative.-£5.00
Alcohol Consumption-£10.This does not include the fee that must be made with the applcation to the Licensing Authority.
Surcharge for heavy use of Electricity-Use of Oven/Platewarmers-£5
Use of Broadband facility via Laptops-£5
