  2. Tablecloths are available, but must be washed and ironed after use.
  3. For crockery, cutlery, etc, please refer to inventory for quantities

Hire- £10

Please Note:

  1. Equipment hire is subject to availability, and is charged as detailed below. In addition there is an Administration Fee of £1.00.
  2. All breakages and losses must be reported, and replaced by the Hirer.
  3. The Hirer must leave Hall in a clean and tidy condition, and equipment use replaced in its original location

Supplementary Charges

  1. Hire of Digital Projector, including setting-up by Hall representative.-£5.00
  2. Alcohol Consumption-£10.This does not include the  fee that must be made with the applcation to the Licensing Authority.
  3. Surcharge for heavy use of Electricity-Use of Oven/Platewarmers-£5
  4. Use of Broadband facility via Laptops-£5
